Terms & Conditions for MyAnswersApp

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the MyAnswersApp ("we", "our", "us", "the app"). Your access to and use of the app is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the app. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the app.


ACCESS TO THE APP

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the app for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The app and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MyAnswersApp and its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our express written permission.


USER CONDUCT

You agree not to use the app in any manner that: a. Violates any applicable law, regulation, or contractual obligation. b. Infringes on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights. c. Is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. d. Attempts to interfere with or compromise the app's security or functionality.


DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The app is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. In no event shall MyAnswersApp, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyAnswersApp, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the app or your violation of these Terms.


MODIFICATIONS TO THE APP AND TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the app, or to modify these Terms, at any time. If a modification to these Terms materially affects your rights or obligations, we will notify you by posting a notice on the app or by other means we deem appropriate. Your continued use of the app after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.


GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Italy for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app.
